Quality control department of Decorstainless employs quality tools to ensure parts are made to specification and processes are stable. And they also supervise the process of manufacturing to assure each segment.
Continuous improvement of these products is essential to the success of our customers. We use the data collected from product feed back to determine when tooling or method modification is needed.
The materials we mainly use are type stainless steel 304 and type stainless steel 316.
Type 316—the second most common grade (after 304); for food and surgical stainless steel uses; Alloy addition of molybdenum prevents specific forms of corrosion. Also known as "marine grade" stainless steel due to its increased resistance to chloride corrosion compared to type 304. SS316 is often used for building nuclear reprocessing plants. Most watches that are made of stainless steel are made of this grade. Also referred to as "A4" in accordance with International Organization for Standardization ISO 3506.
Type 304—the most common grade; the classic 18/8 stainless steel. Also referred to as "A2" in accordance with International Organization for Standardization ISO 3506.

Package
The package in Decorstainless is strong enough for sea&air delivery.
The common package of cable railing system, rigging hardware, marine hardware, handrail system is first in clean poly bags or air bubble bags, and then put into cartons, at last fixed on the pallets.
The common package of link chains is first put into steel barrels, and then fixed on the pallets.
The common package of wire rope is first twist around wheels, and then fixed on the pallets.
